Why subscribe?

Thanks for being inquisitive.

It’s so nice to be connected.

I really appreciate you taking the time out to read my story and the reasons why I’d love you as a ‘with ease’ subscriber.

Hopefully you will stick around for a while and enjoy my daily ramblings and recommendations.

I started my Substack over a year ago, initially writing about my experiences of living with BIG dogs, the Rhodesian Ridgebacks. But I’ve lost my mojo on this subject for the time being. For now at least. I have a new topic. It relates to what I do for a living, which is hosting writing & wellbeing retreats with best selling authors, broadcasters and talented creatives. Plus, I host therapeutic journaling workshops and programs to help people channel their emotions into something more positive and creative. I really LOVE what I do. I am on a mission to share my experiences, the stories, the behind the scenes and the adventures I get up to whist wandering around the coast of Wales.

As a 49’er, I’m on a mission… to avoid burnout, appreciate the simple things in life and adopt a ‘less is more’ attitude. What could possibly go wrong?! I am privileged to be connected to some wonderful human beings, so over the course of time, I shall be interviewing a few of them about how they do what they do ‘with ease’.

Weaved in between the stories, there will be lots of my ramblings including my journey of discovery with therapeutic journaling, how I’m still trying to conquer my imposter syndrome at 49 years of age and let go of what’s holding me back. So if, like me, you’re juggling the midlife mayhem, please come and join me for some friendly interaction ‘with ease’. It would be lovely to get to know you.

When I’m not hosting writing retreats, facilitating therapeutic journaling workshops I’m out and about hiking with my Ridgebacks with my feet firmly in the sand.

So thanks for stopping by.

Hopefully we’ll get to connect on here one day in the not too distant future.
